Returns Policy

At AA Hookah and Vape, customer satisfaction is our priority. Most new and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item—we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date you hand your package to the return carrier. However, many refunds are completed sooner. This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for the returned package to reach AA Hookah and Vape

• 3–5 business days for our team to inspect and process the return

• 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund transaction
